How do I find available properties for rent?
We post our available properties on our LISTINGS page, but also on Zillow.
What if I know I'm going to be late on paying my rent?
Call our office at (540) 949-4900 and we will make a note that it will be received late. There may be late fees applied.
How do I receive a copy of my lease?
PMV offers each tenant a secure 24/7 TENANT PORTAL where they can check on rent status, read their lease, submit maintenance requests, and more.
Do I need to fill out an application before seeing a property?
Yes. We ask all prospective tenants to fill out the APPLICATION before scheduling a showing. The $40 application fee will only apply if you are approved and decide to rent the chosen property.
How do I pay the application fee?
Once you have decided to lease a property, you can call our office at (540) 949-4900 and pay over the phone or stop by our office located at 42 Stoneridge Drive Ste 102 Waynesboro, VA 22980. Our office is located at the top of the hill on the left.
What are some of my rights as a tenant?

What are your office hours?
Our office is open during the week from Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Please note that there are some holidays that we close the office so our team can enjoy the time with their friends and families.

Can I pay my rent in person?
Absolutely. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm and you can pay your rent in person.
Are all of your available rentals listed on your website?
Yes. All of our available listings are published here on our website, as well as Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, and more. PMV does keep a high rented percentage so there may be times when there are only a few available. Keep checking our website for updates daily.
