PAM HARRIS

Pam started with Property Management of Virginia under previous ownership in 1990, acting as a leasing agent/office manager. Over the years as her experience and education in real estate management grew, she graduated to co-broker with an ownership stake in the company and oversaw the largest growth period, more than doubling the number of units under her care. She has since bought out her other partners and is now the sole proprietor and primary broker of PMV.
ERIC FLETCHER
Leasing Manager | Real Estate Agent
Eric joined the company in 2003 as a leasing agent and immediately found himself at home in the position. With over 15 years of experience in real estate management and sales, Eric is now the leasing manager and handles onboarding new owners and properties, marketing, leasing, inspections, and project development. Finding a creative approach to help owners develop a comprehensive strategy to reach their investment property goals is his strong suit. Eric is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager, as well as Certified Apartment Manager.
ANDREW BALDERSON
Office Manager | Leasing Agent
Andrew has been with PMV since 2015 acting as office manager and leasing agent. As the face of our office, he handles lease establishment and enforcement, tenant relations, maintenance scheduling, and coordination, and assists with showings. Andrew is also a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager. He is constantly staying up with current trends and legislation affecting the rental market to ensure PMV is always ahead of the curve in an ever-changing rental environment.
